We are looking for

  • In the course of the implementation of an Enterprise Content Management System and Product Lifecycle Management system (ECM/PLM), we are looking for a full-time Administrator (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities

  • Implementation and structure of the ECM/PLM
  • Administration of the ECM/PLM system during and after implementation, including coordination with all functions involved.
  • Implementation of data and process modeling
  • User support ECM/PLM (2nd level)

Your qualifications

  • Completed IT training or comparable qualification 
  • Proven experience in the administration of IT applications
  • Several years of experience in the field of duties described above
  • Strong interest in ECM, PLM and 3D CAD systems
  • Experience with the requirements from the audit-proof management of documents
  • Knowledge of Solidworks (CAD) and Sage (ERP) is an advantage

Your profile

  • Fluent German and very good English skills (spoken and written)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, reliable and able to work under pressure
  • Very good analytical skills and a problem-solving as well as service-oriented way of working
  • Strong conceptual skills, ability to work independently and team orientation
  • Willingness to travel, approximately 10-20%
