We are looking for

  • We are looking for an employee (m/f/d) for a limited period of 1 year in full or part-time to strengthen our Order Processing department.

Your responsibilities

  • Support of B2B customers worldwide
  • Responsibility for the entire ordering process - from quotation, order processing and settlement to invoicing
  • Telephone and correspondence with international customers
  • Interdisciplinary cooperation with internal departments (e.g. sales, accounting, logistics and support)
  • Maintenance of master data in the ERP system and storage of documents

Your qualifications

  • Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Experience in order processing and/or customer service
  • Sound knowledge of the application of an ERP system, preferably Sage
  • Very good MS-Office knowledge
  • Experience in handling letters of credit and preparation of export documents (Atlas, UZ) advantageous
