We are looking for

  • In the context of a succession planning we are looking for an IT Service and Project Manager (m/f/d) in full time with immediate effect.

Your responsibilities

  • IT service management according to ITIL
    • Implementation of IT CABs and quality assurance of changes
    • Further development of ITIL processes
  • IT project management
    • Coordination, planning, management of IT projects within the IT teams and with the participation of the specialist departments
    • Consultation and recording of requirements from the relevant departments
    • Coordination of concept development within IT
  • Improvement and monitoring of IT processes and documentation requirements
  • Checking of validation documentation according to GAMP5
  • IT communication
    • Coordination, preparation, announcement and distribution of IT information to the users (Yammer, Email, meetings with the departments)
  • Networking with the specialist departments and collaboration in the optimisation of company processes with IT reference
  • Support of the IT department management and the team leaders in management tasks
  • Collaboration in the supervision of trainees within the IT department

Your qualifications

  • Completed IT training or comparable qualification in the IT field
  • Extensive experience in the areas of IT processes and project management
  • ITIL certification (Service Manager, Expert) and/or certification in project management methodology (PRINCE2, PMP)
  • Knowledge in a manufacturing company in the middle class and GAMP5 advantageous
  • Trainer qualification would be desirable
  • Optional: Previous experience in the environment of Microsoft servers or Windows applications

  • Fluent German and very good English skills (spoken and written)

  • Willingness to travel for occasional on-site visits to international subsidiaries and branches
