We are looking for

  • To support the further expansion of our Service and Support teams, we are looking for a full-time Customer Support Engineer (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

  • Technical support for our German end customers for their questions involving our medical application and network landscape
  • Installation and configuration of our applications (by phone, e-mail and remote)
  • Independent troubleshooting and correction for all our products (software as well as ocular diagnostic devices)
  • Check log files, determine repair needs and generate the related work orders
  • Occasional service assignments at customers (throughout Germany)
  • Documentation of the performed activities and work results

Your qualifications

  • Successfully completed IT training, ideally as an IT systems engineer or IT specialist for systems integration
  • Experience with the current Microsoft operating systems
  • Good hardware knowledge (PCs, notebooks, printers and accessories)
  • Ideally initial professional experience in technical customer service and in handling medical products
