We are looking for

  • We are looking for a full-time Sales Operations Manager (m/f/d) to fill the position of Sales Manager.

Your responsibilities

  • Versatile support for the head of sales (including planning, organizing and managing sales initiatives, defining processes or project implementation)
  • Handling and resolution of customer inquiries, complaints and escalations, including the provision of corrective actions
  • Creation of basic key figures and reports to support the development of new processes
  • Collaborate across departments to develop effective sales strategies and ensure smooth product launches
  • Ensure clear communication of relevant messages and profits to business partners and distributors
  • Support of order processing by means of pharmaceutical, regulatory and tender documents
  • Administration and controlling of the distributor HELPP program
  • Taking over further administrative tasks within the sales department
  • Continuous research on industry trends and the competition

Your qualifications

  • Degree in business, sales or comparable qualification
  • Relevant professional experience in sales and customer service
  • Secure handling of MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
  • Other foreign language skills (such as Spanish, Italian or French) are an advantage
