We are looking for

  • As part of the further expansion of our IT team, we are looking for a team leader (m/f/d) for our IT infrastructure support full-time.

Your responsibilities

  • Technical leadership of employees and trainees in the IT infrastructure support team
  • Further development and control of our IT processes and ITIL change management
  • Monitoring of team SLAs and KPIs with reporting to the head of department
  • Ongoing renewal and adaptation of the IT infrastructure to current requirements
  • Administration of our Windows Server and Microsoft services incl. service backup and monitoring
  • Administration of our firewall systems and network switches
  • Administration of servers in our data centers and branches
  • Conceptual design, ordering, provision and support of infrastructure at our regional and international locations
  • 2nd level support for the systems and applications supported by the team
  • Support of our regional and international subsidiaries
  • Participation in the IT infrastructure on-call service

Your qualifications

  • Completed IT training or comparable qualification in the IT field
  • Sound professional experience in the operation of IT systems in complex IT landscapes.
  • Good knowledge of at least two of the following areas:
                        VMWare VSphere and ESX
                        Sophos UTM Firewall
                        Checkpoint Firewall
                        Extreme network switches and access points
  • Good knowledge of current Microsoft products and services, such as
                         Windows server
                         Office 365
                         ActiveDirectory (in the forest), AD replication and GPOs
                         Powershell
  • Knowledge of Veeam Backup and PRTG desirable
  • Experience with or certification according to ITIL Foundation v3 or newer
  • Experience in the technical management of employees is an advantage
