We are looking for

  • To support the further expansion of our Service and Support department, we are looking for a full-time Team Leader (m/f/d) for the areas IT/Application and Device Technology.

Your responsibilities

  • Technical leadership of a team in the area of Service & Support
  • Ensuring smooth technical support in terms of customer satisfaction, response time and quality
  • Support in employee appraisals, determination of training needs and holiday planning
  • Involvement in cross-departmental projects and product improvements
  • Determination and evaluation of key figures (e.g. service quality, reaction times), as well as optimization of processes in your own area
  • Evaluating and checking service cases for quality, content and vigilance issues
  • Support in day-to-day operations

Your qualifications

  • Successfully completed technical training, ideally studies or further education in the field of medical technology or comparable
  • Several years of professional experience in customer service, preferably in an international environment
  • Experience in the analysis, conception and implementation of process optimization measures
  • Good knowledge of laser optics, electronics, mechanics or IT/network technology, as well as current Microsoft operating systems
  • First leadership experiences are desirable
  • Good knowledge of German and English, spoken and written
  • Driving licence class 3/B
